I began taking Joint Concentrate in August 2016 because I love to run and want to maintain healthy knees. I purposely began in August to prepare for the colder weather that begins in the fall. When September came I had no issues. I was able to do squats, run up stairs and walk longer distances as the weather turned colder. I missed taking Joint Concentrate for two weeks in January, and really noticed a difference. -Nikema Hawkins
