implementation of one of the finest quality assurance programs in the industry and a distributor training program that
is still in practice today.

Shon Whitney serves as Morinda’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
No stranger to the world of network marketing, Mr. Whitney brings an array of skills and abilities that make him one of the most dynamic and respected executives in the industry. Having successfully managed thousands of individuals in over 100 countries, Mr. Whitney knows what it takes to motivate and lead the members of his organization. He has worked with several Fortune 500 companies, where he helped create and execute innovative marketing plans that have resulted in millions of dollars in additional revenue.
Mr. Whitney was instrumental in the early success of Tahitian Noni International and has over 12 years’ experience in day-to-day operations at Morinda. He returned to the company in December 2012 to assist with Morinda's TrūAge initiative.
Mr. Whitney is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and comes from a solid educational background. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese and a Masters in Business Administration, both from Brigham Young University. This background, combined with a tenacious ability to succeed, has enabled Mr. Whitney to expand Morinda’s global marketing strategies to never-before-seen reaches.

Brett West is currently the director of research at Morinda. Since joining the company in 1997 he
has held positions as senior laboratory manager, research chemist and toxicologist.
For more than 15 years, Mr. West has been involved in the scientific research of Noni and has also conducted and published research on the efficacy, safety, and biologically active constituents of other medicinal plants. He has developed and validated more than two dozen chemical and biological tests for in-house use by Morinda’s laboratories, including anti-glycation, antioxidant and DNA protection tests.
His professional memberships have included the American Chemical Society, the International Society of Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology, the Western Pharmacology Society, New York Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of Food Technologists. He has degrees in molecular biology and pharmacology/toxicology from Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona and is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Medicinal Food Plants.
Mr. West has also published more than 50 peer reviewed scientific articles in various medical, chemistry, and biological science journals including: Food Science & Nutrition, Journal of Medicinal Plant Research, Advance Journal of Food Science and Technology, The Journal of Toxicological Sciences and Journal of Natural Medicines.
