Summary

Morinda is looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about technology and wants to grow with an international company.  This position will support company users on a day to day basis including international offices.  We need someone who is personable, customer service oriented, likes a challenge, and isn't afraid of hard work.  This individual must be willing to push the boundaries of their knowledge and find new and unique ways that innovate and increase customer satisfaction.   If you feel you are one of those individuals, we want to talk to you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To work the swing shift to support international offices.
  • Provide company employees with support for hardware and software related issues, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
  • Provide weekend technical support.
  • Complete special projects as needed.
  • Any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Degree and 2 - 3 years of professional computer support experience.
  • Must have the ability to use Linear, Logical Trouble-Shooting.
  • Must provide excellent customer service and be able to work well with others.
  • Requires good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365 including: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with troubleshooting networking issues preferred
  • Requires thorough knowledge of Windows 10.
  • Requires thorough knowledge of PC Hardware.
  • Must be available to provide after hour and weekend support when on-call
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, task oriented and friendly.
  • Experience supporting PC hardware/software over the phone preferred
  • Mac and iPhone experience a plus
  • Citrix experience a plus
  • Linux experience a plus
  • Avaya experience a plus

  • An office environment.
